We know that the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is top of mind for you and your family. The health and well-being of our team and our guests at Kingscross Hyundai are the absolute priority for us. Here you will find the latest updates on the measures we have implemented in response to COVID-19.

Our thoughts go out to those affected by the pandemic and we are deeply thankful for the frontline healthcare professionals working tirelessly in response. We hope all are staying as safe as possible and that the containment efforts continue to gain traction.

These are uncertain times and we are continuing to monitor this extraordinary situation very closely. We want you to know that we are following guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada and have taken a number of precautionary measures to-date, including:

  • Updated hours of operation with reduced staffing to provide essential services
    • Sales Department: Monday to Saturday - 9:00am to 6:00pm
    • Kingscross Express (Online Purchase): 24 hours, 7 days a week
    • Parts & Service Department: Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday - 7:30am to 3:00pm (parts by curbside pickup only)
  • We kindly request all of our guests to wash their hands upon entry to our store, and to strongly consider wearing a mask.
  • Stickers on ground to indicate and promote physical distancing for all of our guests.
  • Increased hand sanitizer available throughout the store.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the day, including hourly sanitation of high-traffic and high-contact areas with disinfectant cleaner.
  • Signage on each vehicle indicating sanitization status -- the touch points in every showroom and test drive vehicle are sanitized before and after every showing.
  • Using disposable rubber gloves, seat covers and floor mats when driving customer vehicles.
  • Cleaning the steering wheel and door handles prior to releasing every customer vehicle.
  • Keeping our team informed of the latest developments and advocating up-to-date health and safety protocols.
  • Signage posted throughout the store to remind guests and team members of the same.
  • Monitoring our team's health and travel plans, while providing support to team members returning from travel abroad, experiencing symptoms, or been in close contact with someone who has, during the mandated self-isolation period.
  • We respectfully ask the same of all of our guests. If you have travelled abroad or are feeling unwell, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment and provide our excellent service at a later date.

Kingscross Express (Online Purchase): If you are looking for a new vehicle during this time we offer the unique ability to shop from the comfort and peace of mind of your own home while practicing social distancing. You can customize your deal, submit a trade appraisal, complete your credit application, and have your new car delivered to your doorstep.  Our team of Sales Consultants are available virtually (via video chat, text, e-mail) and over the phone to answer any questions you have along the way.  We encourage you to visit our website to browse our inventory and look for the "Build Your Deal" button to start the process.

Sales Showroom: Our 19-car showroom is open for your perusal.  We strongly encourage you to call ahead or book an appointment online with one of our Sales & Leasing Consultants so we can respect your time while minimizing the volume of people waiting in our showroom to maintain physical distancing.

Service & Maintenance: We strongly encourage you to call ahead or book your service appointments online from our website. Please also take advantage of our complimentary local shuttle and valet service where available as this will allow us to continue delivering excellent service while minimizing the volume of people in the Service Waiting Areas at any given time and maintain social distancing.

Parts Curbside Pickup: Our parts counter is closed but we remain available over the phone for parts purchases and curbside pickup during our operating hours.
